First things first.  We talk about your vision for your space.  What are your wants and needs?  What are you looking for in a new home?

Once preliminary plans are complete, we fine tune all the details and make sure everything is laid out exactly how you want it.  

Final plans are put on completed construction-ready sheets to be printed and sent to your contractor.

We begin working together to design your plans.  If you have an existing plan, this is where we begin making changes.  

Now we work on your exteriors, lighting, plumbing and all the other details that go into completing your plans.
